Kwame Sarpong
General Manager, Operations – EXCOAs General Manager for Operations, Kwame is responsible for managing and implementing change and process improvement, and for the timely delivery of business objectives. His role includes anticipating, developing and deploying strategic and tactical solutions to improve the bank’s operating processes.
Kwame has spent over 20 years with Ghana International Bank. He previously worked for the Ghana Commercial Bank, London Branch for 15 years.
